Happy 3-Month Birthday!

Today, ADub is 3 months old; can you believe that three months have already gone by?  We have finally gotten used to our new lives as parents and love every moment of it!  Happy birthday, little nugget.

Here's what has happened this month....

  • ADub is becoming a pro at using his hands; sometimes he even grabs on to what he's reaching for.
  • He loves reading....or at least listening to us read to him.  Some of his favorites are The Pout-Pout Fish and, in keeping with the season, The Night Before Christmas.
  • He started learning the Spanish alphabet in addition to the English one.  He sings along with you but still doesn't seem to know the words.
  • ADub has been listening to some Christmas tunes such as Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Walking in a Winter Wonderland.  All of which make him smile.....because smiling's his favorite.
  • He talks non-stop, even to strangers.  No worries, he hasn't accepted candy from any of them.  He doesn't have teeth, people, come on.
  • For some crazy reason, ADub is transfixed on the television whenever Frozen is playing.  I mean who doesn't like a little Olaf or Let It Be in their life?
  • ADub has said "Mommy" once, but it was during a scream fit and could have been a total accidental usage of sounds.
And now for the snapshots....

He attended his 1st ugly Christmas sweater party.

The party was followed by the Spit-up-tastrophy of 2015.

Such a ladies man.

Working on our family selfie....Conquered.

This is not a doll.  This is my child.  We call him Adub.

Feeling up dinosaurs.

Maya and ADub time.

Daddy is hilarious.

May the force be with you....

What a smirk.

Got spit-up on my threads, and I just don't care.

Infectious smiles....I bet you're smiling right now.

The Christmas tree lights are AHHHH-mazing!

He loves his hippo

Christmas with Grandma B and Pops

ADub plays a mean rattle....(when he isn't sucking on them)
Deep thoughts....by the fire.

Hanging with Grandma B.

He thought it was hilarious that he was in his PJ's and we were all dressed up.
Love my family!
